Election season is upon us and the Lead Chamber will help keep you up to date about forums and polling locations.
The Spearfish Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to join them for the Lawrence County Commissioner Candidate Forum slated for Thursday, October 20th at the High Plains Western Heritage Center, beginning at 6:30 pm. The forum will be streamed live on the Spearfish Chamber Facebook page.
For Lawrence County Commission, the November 8th ballot will include Republican candidates
Incumbent Brandon Flanagan, Incumbent Richard Sleep, Eric Jennings, and Democrat Sherry Bea Smith.
The public may submit questions for the candidates in advance by emailing [email protected]. Attendees will have the opportunity to submit questions in written form at the event, which will then be read by the moderator to the candidates as time allows.
