The Days of Our Lives

Good Morning!

Lead, it’s been so great to have this job for three years! I’ve learned so so much and I’ve realized a lot of my hidden talents and potential through this time. I will forever be grateful for this opportunity to serve the town I love so much. I’ve decided to bump up my resignation date so this will be my last email.

It’s been so fun getting to know some of you better through this correspondence! 4-6pm, Leigha’s Chamber Mixer @ the brand new Rustic Nook Bakery on Main Street! Don’t miss!! Christine, Leigha and I will all be there to say goodbye to! We’re so happy for Leigha and this celebration of her many many months of hard work to get open!

Friday 10/29

Broken Boot Haunted Gold Mine Tours all weekend!

5:30 – Zumba! With Debbie Minter at Explore Fitness & Adventures

7pm, “Rocky Horror Picture Show” Free Movie! At the Homestake Opera House sponsored by Pete and Jacque Fuller!


Saturday 10/30

2-6pm Haunted Hike with Explore Fitness & Adventures, join them as they explore a popular ghost town!


Sunday 10/31

4-6pm Trunk of Treat at the Sanford Lab Homestake Visitor parking lot hosted by Lead Assembly of God! Come one come all for free candy and treats!!


5-8pm, Kid Weird at the Deadwood Mountain Grand. Come down and celebrate the 20th anniversary of this event!


Monday 11/1

5pm City Commission Meeting at City Hall


Wednesday 11/3

5:30pm, Zumba! With Debbie Minter at Explore Fitness & Adventures

The South Dakota Department of Revenue is working to improve education opportunities for our stakeholders by providing them with the information and experience they are looking for. To do this, we have created a short survey we would like to push out to individuals, businesses, and governmental entities to get their input.
